Automated Case Management Systems, Inc. is a software developer with a small, niche market. Nonetheless, the company recognized that looking like an established, secure firm is as important as being one. We’ve enjoyed a seven-year relationship with ACMS, having helped them first with launching a new brand. Today ACMS boasts triple their growth with offices on the East and West Coast.

We started with an audit of marketing for the upcoming calendar year. We first launched an integrated brand identity system, symbolized by a logo mark, and consistently applied to the printed collateral and web environment.

Next, after testing some advertising in some very specific trade journals, we turned our focus on one major trade show per year in the fall. We design and manufactured the trade show booth and presentation platforms, shirts and apparel for ACMS employees at the show, and ACMS promotional items including mouse pads, caps, and high-quality bags distributed freely and visible everywhere. Shown here is a piece of the trade show booth and the mouse pad. ‘People were recognizing us everywhere, and we got an overwhelming amount of inquiries,’ recalls Laura Loveday of last year’s show.
