
Nathan, McDowell & Rose contacted us for marketing strategy, positioning, naming and brand identity development. As a specialized recruiting firm, NMR knows who’s who in the industry and forges strong relationships with these individuals. We developed the positioning statement, ‘I know people.’ as a double entendre to describe who they know in the industry, as well as NMR’s understanding (knowledge) of psychology of people’s decision-making process. This statement, I know people, supported by the identity, differentiates NMR in their industry. Plus, Mr. Nathan has that Jersey accent and the words just seems to roll of his tongue.
